Conditions of participation

Stallholders-

-May only display/ sell products that have been made/ grown/ produced with the postcode area 2453.

-Will comply with stall site allocation and not take up more space than booked. In accordance with our DA conditions.

-Must bring their own display tables. Tables must be covered with a cloth from tabletop to ground (front and sides).

-Footpath display MUST be restricted within your allocated site, to protect public safety and meet OHS requirements.

-Are required to be setup and ready to trade by 8.30am and remain set up until 2pm, unless sold out.

-Must ensure their vehicles are moved out of main CBD area by 9am. Parking is available at old Bowling Club.

-Are solely responsible for the security of their stall, including products, equipment, cash etc.

-Must restrict signage to their display table. Nothing is to be attached to shop fronts.

-Must not place any advertising material in centre of street, eg. No A-frames or lunch boards.

• Organisers reserve the right to refuse display/ sale of inappropriate products.
